...even move. I unhooked the vacuum hose to let air out of it for my brother in law said it could be that. I dont have alot of money to take it in. does any one kinda know what it could be? the breaks it self?

Spell them "brakes" and you might have better luck finding out what to do.

"Check spelling" does not check for homonyms.

it could be the power booster,but the master cylinder could also be stuck/defective.aslo check the linkage ,but thats a very rare occurance.
