I have a 97 Subaru Legacy L. There are times when I accelerate on the gas pedal...?

.....and I feel and hear a clicking sound. It's especially noticeable when I make right turns, NOT left turns. I hear it click when the car accelerates, and I feel the clicking vibrating on my foot when I press on the gas pedal. What does the yahoo world think this may be?

A big hunch tells me that you have a CV joint going out on the drivers side of the vehicle, have it looked at right away to prevent further damage to the drivetrain merry christmas
