I have a Suzuki GSX-R750 WP bike that doesn't ref over 9500 rpm`s.?

My Suzuki doesn't ref over 9500 rpm's, what can I do to fix this or does anyone know where the ref limiter is located, somebody said if I remove the ref limiter it should resolve the problem. Please help, need urgent advise.

id try to find that limiter and adjust that, i have a gsx-r 600 and it goes over 9500. call a shop and see what they say
