I just got a licence and i drive my moms car, the car has insurance but..?

its not under my name, she did not get insurance for me because i don't have a car, so if i get pulled over and ask for my license and insurance will i get in trouble??

she should add you as a driver on th epolicy, but I think as long as you have her permission, youll be okay.
