No plates on the car, and my insurance company will not pay out for the £10,000 worth of repairs, what shall i do, the smashed escort was found but with no details n driver help!!!
it had no plates, and i have been told i will never find who did it, so my insurance company wont pay out. after just buying the dbs, i am tight and can not afford £10,000 should i sell the car for spares?

I sued the insurance guys and have been told when the court case is held, i will probaly win, due to this being a top aston insurance specialist!!!thanks to those who are helping, and if your wondering about why i can not afford repair, i may be rich but money don't grow on trees.
