If I put a power programer in a 1994 gmc sierra what kind of differences would

it make?? will it make a noticable difference in power??will it be able to make my truck go faster??what are some good brands??any info is appreciated
it has the 5.7 liter and is 4x4

Gas engines are not that noticeable unless you have a cold air intake and exaust and the programmer then it will help. If you just put the programmer alone it will be like 10-15hp. I realy like my Hypertech III. Superchip are good and follow chevy tuning. Check out 4wheelparts.com
