Is a subaru Legacy Gt at all comparable to a Skyline GTR?

I know it sounds odd, but on paper they seem similar.

The skyline is 280ish horse, 3700ish lbs turbocharged AWD
and the subaru is 250 horse 3300 lbs (sameish Power/Wieght) turbocharged AWD.

I know that a "real" skyline would whup up on a subaru, because everyone mods the heck out of a GTR, but stock, would they be similar in capabilities?

It could be a very near close shot, compare stock from the lot. On the streets... is hard to prove their true pedigree before getting arrested. Perhaps on the race track they can put a good showdown.
