Jeep 2000 Mooroof Leaking?

I had this Nice Jeep 2000 that the dealer opened a non factory installed Sunroof. The very first year I had a leak, I return it and they fix it. Now 7 years has passed by and yesterday I opened the Door to find water inside the car (raining) more then outside. (sarcastic) The Driver seat is wet, and If I look on top I can see water is accumulating in two spots the first just on top of the driver windows side, the second just on the moon roof control panel section. So anyway has input how to fix that beside caulking the whole moon roof?

Go to one of the auto window shops. Speedy etc... They should have a tool that alows them to caulk under the rubber seal so you don't get a mess on caulking on the roof.
