Car as been into garage and they cannot find fault on diagnostics. If you have your wipers on (int or full) when you change gear 3rd, 4th or 5th then your reversing lights come on. This stays on and your rear wiper also activates. Sometimes you have to select first (if stopped) to cease the wipers.
New reverse sensor fitted, no difference.
Also hill descent light on dashboard stays on, it was fixed but returned within 24 hours.
Any suggestion, thoughts it may be around either faulty sensor or possible contamination in gearbox oil?
