McLaren F1 was sailing at high speeds down the tarmac of the German Autobahn when it swerved to avoid hitting a car....The car has a top speed of 386 km/h or 240 mph and can reach a speed of 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, 200 km/h in 6.7 seconds and 300 km/h in 30 seconds.
