I just found a pretty interesting Mercedes-Benz Vito E-Cell video explaining the battery system and the whole power management system. Have a look at
myvan.com , there we researched the technology and how it actually works.

What do you think about green technologies? Which one is the best in your opinion?

When will the Vito E-Cell be made available here in the UK? It definitely going to be something special.

To be fair I think Mercedes are lagging behind BMW's EfficientDynamics though

I remember this particular van also winning an award back in November last year for being the Most energy efficient light commercial vehicle. That put it in good stead.
