My 2006 Harley Davidson FXST needs a part?

My bullet light on the rear comes with everything, but the tiny little chorme piece that goes between the bullet light and the bar attachment. Harley Davidson doesn;t sale that unl4es you buy a whole new relocation kit. It doesn't make sense to me to buy a whole kit when I just spent $69.00 for the bullet ligh6t and that piece should of come with it. I'm about to take this Harley and roll into river. Where can I get this piece at?

I ride Harleys but will not buy squat from a dealer -Just jump their as- about it if it was suppose to be inc. with the light
im not sure which peice your talking about is it a chrome spacer? any bike shop that deals with used Harleys should have it
