My 2006 Saab 9-5 is hesitant in starting in cold weather. Any suggestions?

When it is cold, my Saab 9-5 often cranks and cranks and cranks before the engine will turn over. The dealership has replaced the alternator and the problem has improved by it has not been solved. When the dealership tests it after letting the car sit outside overnight, the battery reads low. They tested the battery and say it is fine and they tested the cables and say they are fine. It does pull some current when the car is turned off but not more than they would expect.

Where else should they look?

Thanks for any suggestions.

try on that has a higher cca then what it came with and you should not have that problem again
but if you stay stock every time it is cold the stupid thing is going to do that
