Sorry, this was an unexpected tragedy and I don't know how to cope. My MOM hates hearing about past references to him. How do I deal?

Sorry for your loss, try going to church, have you tried therapy. there is nothing you can do now, you need to find a way to just remember the good times you had while he was here.
I too suffered a loss Dec. 30, 06 my sister passed from cancer.
Only time will heal your heart.

I'm so sorry for your lose its going to take time but you will be ok , spend time with friends and family talk about it to people and you will start to feel a little better.take care of yourself. I wish you well.

so sorry for your loss, my 16 year old son passed away in july 07--so im kinda in the same frame of mind..bless you.wish i knew
