My mercury cougar makes strange noises now like a clunking sound?

I think its the struts once again it was 66 dollars to have it fixed though I'm not sure what they did, how serious is it if the strurs are messed up on the right front wheel, I'm kind of concerned but I drove from san diego to oceanside(about 40 miles) with no problems I really only notice it @ low speeds 35 mph and below soo do u think it'll be good till for like 2 weeks for around town driving?
Mainly over bumpS and just rolling down the road and also when I turn the wheel I didn't notice it till I got off the freeway, how do I prevent this from happening it has to be something I'm doing

If it's making a clunking sound, especially when going over bumps..it sounds to me like your torque bar bushings are worn out. Not a very expensive problem to fix and usually it is the $60 range.
