I own a 1999 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible with 90k miles and the darn thing takes a long time to start. It eventually turns over but only after about 10 seconds of trying. The previous owner told me he put in a new battery and fuel pump, but I'm suspicious because the car takes such a long time to turn over. Any suggestions on how I resolve this problem? Cheaply I may add!
