My Subaru Impreza is losing power?

the car is running like it is out of gas but it has plenty it is losing power and bucking at low revs but the boost gauge is still showing normal presure at high revs it is a 1994 turbo with a link computer runing 10 psi at the moment any answers would be a great help thanks

You might have a turbo air leak (small one). When your engine is running slow there's not enough boost. But when the engine is running fast any air that would have been sent to "waste gate" is instead used to "boost" the pressure.

I own a 2000 Audi A4 1.8T and this one time the turbo plumbing popped loose. The car could barely crawl.
