I have three buttons by my e-brake on my 99 subaru legacy outback 2.5 DOHC. Two of them are for the driver and passenger heated seats. I have no idea what the other one is for. If you press it, it lights up, press it again and the light goes out. I have included a pic at this link:

PS: Its not the rear defroster or the heated mirrors as I have other buttons for those.
Its not rear fluid/wiper because that is on the column. Also, the rear defroster is on the dash like my other subaru was.
Also: Fog lights are on the dash and unfortunatly I dont have a user manual. (Subaru wants 17 bucks for it and I cant find a free one online anywyere)
