The 02 Navigator Im thinking about buying

Has a number of issues (mostly electrical) they include...

The wipers dont work
The power windows and radio work only if the key is wiggled a certain way
The moonroof doesnt open
The H/C system doesnt blow out of the main ducts on the dash (does work from the defrost duct on top of the dash)
The seat air conditioner doesnt work
The car has 257K on it

PLEASE RESPOND
If you've experienced either of the above issues
if you've purchased a high mileage Navig...or own one with high miles
If using gasoline other than premium? (I want to know if you can get away with that)
chime your opinion if this sounds like a good buy...I would be buying it for 3,000 dollars
Also if you have any other helpful info... good or bad...please feel free to reply
