Old dirt bike with no key?

I found an old broken down dirt bike in my uncle's back yard, and I would like to restore it but he doesn't have the key to it...What can I do?
It may be a motorcycle, I can't really tell because it's really old...LOL it looks like a dirt bike to me, and it has a key

behind ignition switch is plug unplug or bust out lock and use screwdriver or replace switch

Hot wire it or get a new ignition switch installed. I reccomend the new ignition switch personally.
