Oldsmobile Achieva 1997?

my friend was going to sell me a 4-door oldsmobile achieva 1997 with a 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine, for $1000.00, she claims its "the deal of a lifetime"... is she right???
It was rearended so it has "minor bumper damage" the driver-side window doesn't work, the passenger door is broken, and the ignition won't turn.

if it doesnt have to many miles, and has been taken care of overall apperance and oil changes. has no problems, id say she is correct. olds are a good vehicle older or new. i have 1988 chrysler newyorker, spotless one owner. it has 86000 miles. ive been offered 3500.00 but im ot selling it.
