I am considering purchasing an 03 or 04 Pontiac Vibe
03 Vibe Sunroof FWD 99k miles $8950
03 Vibe Sunroof FWD 80k miles $9595

This car is basically the Toyota Matrix except for the exterior.
Interior and Engine (Corolla 1.8L) are the same.
Questions:
1. Were the 03-04 years built at a Toyota manufacturing plant?
2. Anyone have any issues with the Pontiac Vibe over the Toyota Matrix?
The only difference should be that the Toyota name will hold more value but since I'm buying a used car already not sure that will matter much.
