Premium gas for a 1997 Saab 900 SE Turbo?

I just bought a 1997 Saab 900 SE Turbo. Do you have to use premium gas or will regular gas cause a mechanical problem?

Check with the dealer, but I'd at least use the mid grade. Saab's pretty picky about their fluids and tend to prefer the fancy stuff. Using regular probably won't hurt it short term, but it may run rough and your engine may not last as long.
