I would like to tap into the power coming to the visor so I can power a monitor for a backup camera. I tried taking off the vanity mirror light covers but the lights only get power when the mirror is up. I need power all the time. I thought by removing the visor I could get to the wiring harness . I tried removing 3 torx screws and rotating and visor parallel with the door....still doesn't come out. Any suggestions?
