serpentine belt came off on chrysler van,?

should I replace it or put the same one back on?
I hate to replace it , if something else is the cause and it is not necessary. What are some other things to look at , as far as cause?

since it came off on it's own you should replace it with a new one just to be safe, since you my not knopw what caused it to come off
