I would go with the Escape because it has the most room, power, comfort, and can tow. It is also affordable and gets up to 34-36 mpg, which is the most fuel efficient SUV in the world.

It depends of what you do with your car. Because the Ford Escape hybrid is an SUV and has more room and such. Maybe you could even use it for towing things. Mileage with the Ford would probably average out to around 22-25 mpg. If you wanted a sedan hybrid like the Camry, its generally for people hauling and commuting. An advantage to the Camry to the Ford is fuel economy because its more in the mid 30's.
It all just depends on what you want, and what your going to do with the car.
