I had a dealer contact me and see if I was interested ingoing through him to buy a car at a dealer auction....anyone ever do this before?
Sorry...I believe he is an independant dealer.
Doesn't make any sense to me. Why would you not buy a car off the lot that has a warrantee? I imagine the auction car is as-is so it is your money, the dealer has no risk and you could be stuck with a lemon.
