Ok, got my first bike, love it bty. Anyways, I was told by the dealership that If I want to keep the waranty good on the bike, I needed to take it back to them for the initial 600 mile service. I purchaced the 2 year extended warranty from Suzuki, but not the service plan.

Anyways, this has me confused because I though any Suzuki Authorised Dealerership can service the bike and keep it under warranty. I am a bit upset with the local shop ***After then sold me the bike, now I'm totally ignored in their, even when I wanted to purchace a better helmet they completley shrugged me off.***

So I want to take the bike to another dealership a bit farther away, but I don't want to void that warranty.

Any help would be appreciated, I have about another week before I hit the big 600.

Oh yeah, it's a leftover 2006 Bran New Suzuki S40 Boulevard Cruiser that they just assembled. It had a whopping 1 mile on the odo when I bought it.

Peace.

As long as the 2nd shop is an authorized Suzuki dealership, you're covered under Suzuki's warranty agreement.
Save the repair order for proof of work.
You can bring your bike to "any" Suzuki dealership for warranty work.
If any of them give you a hard time, contact Suzuki customer relations - the phone number will be with the warranty paperwork.
