Today's drivers getting around with baseball caps or hoodies on while they are driving, are just as bad as the old Volvo driver with their hats on. I went past one the other day 32 degrees and he's got a woollen cap on sitting that far back and low in his seat that he could hardly reach the steering wheel let alone see over the dash, all you could see from the side was from his chin up what a dufas.
