Well i have a 1998 Honda Accord, and a 2008 Honda Accord. Well the thing is i dont need both car so i decide to give one of the cars to my brother but its still under my parents name. Well my brother is only 15 right now and im waiting until he becomes 16 to give him the car. Can i not have insurance on the car? Because no-one is going to be driving it.
