key with immobiliser fob starts engine for about 15 secs but then engine cuts out, can then start engine with non fob ignition key ok and car runs as normal, fob key operates central locking no problems, has anybody got any idea's
Sounds like the immobiliser chip is faulty in the key, youll need to buy a new chip and get it programmed for your car . They may say you need a whole new key but you can get just the chip replaced depends who you speak to .
