vauxhall cavalier alloys what size fits?

basiclay ill be lowering my car 40-60mm but want to know if any one has done the same and if they could fit 16" or 17" also would there be any arch work
what!!! how wil it scrap on the floor and to the uninformed its 30% harder then standard suspention so will trave less, if you dont have any consructive awnsers then dont ask becasue your just get a red thumbs down! any way to those who know what there talking about please awnser many thanks

By 40 - 60 mm - OK then - scraping along the ground springs to mind.

lowering a car by 40-60mm you will not have room for wheels,will be running on the brakes.....drop it a max of 25mm and fit some 17" rims...as you will have trouble with jacking the car up if too low to the ground.....look at this link......http://www.vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk/showthread.php?p=1682099#post1682099
