I have a 1995 toyota tacoma with the 3.4 liter V6 and a couple weeks ago it started misfiring. I replaced the spark plugs and wires but now its running alot worse than it did before i bought the new equipment! I talked to a service tech and he told me that i need this ignition coil pack that will replace the one that is causing cylinder 4 to misfire. I got some price quotes on them but they are pretty costly! Is there any possible way that i can take it apart and see whats wrong with it or am i going to have to bite the bullet and shell out 70 dollars for a new one? Any answer would be greatly appreciated because my gas mileage is horrible now and from what i hear, if i keep driving it in the condition its in i could end up burning up the catalyic converter
