I want to serve as an Aviator in the navy. I am currently studying Aerospace Engineering and want to join ROTC to get some exposure to the service, so I can become a better candidate for a flight slot.
What can I expect? I am really keen to get some experience during my studies. Can anyone share their experiences in the GMC?
Also, as I want to become an Aviator in the Navy, I had best get involved with the NROTC. But will I get some decent exposure to aviation?
I have a greencard from my american parents, i was born in australia and will be a us citizen next year. Citizenship is not required for the GMC so I will be able to participate.
