What mid size car should I get, a 2008 Chevy Malibu, 2007 Nissan Altima, or 2007...

...Mistubishi Galant? This will be the first car that I buy in my name. I have had a 1998 Mitsubishi Mirage since 1999, and my transmission went out this Thanksgiving. I have totally disrespected my car by not getting scheduled maintenance (oil changes, tune ups, etc.) when I was supposed to. I had no problems with this car before now and my car had over 236k miles on it, which makes me want to get another Mitsubishi, but these other cars are really sparking my interest. Also considering a 2007 Jetta.

me personally i dont like Chevy so i would say the altima because i heard nissan is a good brand

Malibu. It's amazing what GM has finally done with their midsize cars.

Well, you really lived a full life with your Mitsubishi. Though some are good, I would not get another. They are thinking of leaving the US if sales don't pick making parts limited. The altima is a good car, but don't have a good interior. I would recommend the Malibu because they are great cars and earned a top place on the Best 10 List for 2008.

I think you should go with either the Malibu or the Altima. I would lean more towards the Malibu.
