One of them wont work..? The drivers side windshield wiper wont work.. When I turn on the wipers only the passenger one wipes anything.. You can tell the driver side one wants to work but its like it will try to go up but then wont. Could it be the wiper motor in that one wiper?? or any ideas on what I can do or what part I can buy to make them work again??

I just went and tried the nut.. it seems to be tight, however i just checked it with my fingers but it seems tight.. what more could it be??? PLEASE HELP!!!
