I don't know anything about cars or maintaning them, but I need to be tires as the cables are showing on all 4 of my tires. Also I'm broke, and can't afford to spend more than I need. Where should I go/What tires do I need to buy? How much am I looking to spend? I need to get an alignment too, and I'd prefer to do it all at the same time. *ANY ADVICE IS APPRECIATED*!! I live in Georgia, so I don't need special winter tires.
