where can i find a 1.8 2zz ge motor for my 2000 toyota celica gts?

i have a 2000 celica gts and someone routed my cold air intake wrong right in frount of the driver wheel 5in off the ground and the motor sucked up air and now where the oil filter was is a big hole now on the block, or should i get a new block and rebuild it

wait up the cold air intake usually goes at that exact position. the point of a intake is to actually suck air. the coldest being from the floor which will make you vehicle run better. It must've sucked water if it was raining then. If there is a hole in the block then I suggest you rebuild the block. please explain what happened.
