where is the identification tag(year and make) on a yamaha atv?

I have a yamaha blaster, the year should be 2004 but 2003 is different for alot of parts so I need to make sure of the year.

It doesn't have a tag. Just the frame number.
The frame number is on the left, lower frame rail, next to the footpeg.
Call Yamaha to learn the year. They will be happy to help.
