where would it be cheaper to get car insurance, philly or South Jersey?

I am going to start working in Philadelphia and am debating whether to live in philly or south jersey. I am not sure what difference there will be insurance, b/c I know Jersey has high rates, but I expect Philly to be on par

Ouch!! Philly has the highest rates in the country.
if car ins costs were the only issue, get as far away from phila as you can.

Shop around. Pay a visit to a local agent. He can give you exact figures.
