which is faster, a lincoln LS with a V6 or an Audi a4 with a 4 cylinder?

Two of my friends ara having a little dispute. One thinks that a lincoln LS with a V6 is faster than an audi a4 while the other thinks the exact opposite, the audi is faster then the lincoln. Which one is truly faster?

The Lincoln has about 210 HP and the Audi A4 has about 148 HP so the Lincoln would win easily assuming there both stock.
