why wont my philips sru 5030/86 universal remote work with our hyundai dvd player?

philips say the code is 0793 but that does not work
i do not mean a vehicle dvd player Hyundai also makes normal dvd players

Maybe your Hyundai's DVD player doesn't have the IR sensor for a remote. Most vehicle DVD players don't.
