I'm 18 yrs old and i'm about to get my first bike. can anyone ell me about how much my payments and insurance could be. I'm getting a Yamaha yzf-r6s

It depends if you are purchasing it brand new or used, how is your driving record etc. If its a brand new R6s, you are looking @ 200ish per month plus full coverage insurance of $200 per month since you are 18. Best thing to do is sit down with an insurance provider and go over your details.

Did you buy the bike? There are several companies you can go to for insurance - Progressive & AAA among them.

According to me there is the difference between new or used bike insurance. Than also you can read some thing from this motorcycle.com/specs/yamaha/sport/2009/yzf/r6s.html. I hope it will help you.
