1997 Chrysler Cirrus 2.5 V-6 timing belt Problems..Help..?

The water pump went out on my 97 Cirrus and now I'm slowly trying to put it back together,,but I'm not sure on how to turn/set the crank and pullys/wheels to the right setting to time it correctly so I can put the new timing belt on..If there is anybody out there that can help I really need it......
