my car's moonroof won't open and i tried to see what's keepin it from working. I can hear the motor working and the moonroof slighly pops open, enough to tease me about disengaging and actually opening. I tried using the manual crank from inside the car but the plastic button won't come out. what do i do to get the moonroof open to see assess the problem?
