had a very rough idle...? I start the car up and it starts fine, but the idle has become real rough. It sounds like it's puttering a bit. Once the car has been warmed up, it seems to be fine and the idle seems to be normal. This morning after I started the car, it had the rough idle goin, and when I put it in reverse and took my foot off the break, the car seemed to pick up some speed while I was backing up, almost like i was lightly tapping the gas, all while it had the rough idle. I don't know much at all about cars, so any help will be greatly appreciated. I just hope it's not the fuel pump, lol. Thanks guys!

It sounds like your idle air control valve is going bad (IAC). it is probably dirty and worn out, i would not try to clean it because that usually finishes them off. it should be under $50 at any auto parts store and very easy to replace.

Good luck
