If you mean "manufactered", then currently yes, with the exception of Lancia Phedra.
FIAT do have facilities in other Countries (like in Poland, Brasil, Turkey, India, China, alone or, mostly, in joint-venture with other firms).
The plant in Valenciennes (France) is making FIAT Ulysse, Lancia Phedra, Citroen C8 and Peugeot 807 (joint-venture between FIAT & Peugeot/Citroen group)
