Cadillac announced its wide-ranging product rollout for Europe, which includes the launch of the STS-V in March 2007 and the launch of the XLR-V in the first quarter of 2007. The 476-horsepower STS-V is Cadillac's most powerful vehicle. It is equipped with a 4.4-liter supercharged Northstar V8. The XLR-V is equipped with a 448-hp supercharged Northstar V8.

The automaker said the STS with all-wheel drive will be available in Europe in the fourth quarter of 2006. The STS gets the same six-speed automatic transmission first introduced on the STS-V and the XLR-V. The transmission is standard on AWD and rear-wheel-drive V8 models.

Cadillac also said for 2007, the BLS will get a few refinements, including a six-speed manual transmission.
