2005 jeep,blows 50 amp cooling fan fuse

I have a 2005 jeep cherikee that keeps blowing cooling fan fuse.the guy at the parts store says the newer jeeps are known for the fan resister go bad.any help on this would be appreciated.Thanks Jeff

I have heard about this too. I thought there was a recall on this. Have you checked with your dealer yet?
