creative suggestions? I wish to remove the Pontiac GrandAm lettering wherever it appears on the outside of the body in a nondestructive manner prior to painting. Is this possible?

Using a heat gun or hair dryer warm up the letters (adhesive) and then just pry them off with your fingers. Do not apply the heat so as to melt the paint!
